A Timely Business!

Have you ever heard the saying, "Wow, timing is everything!" Well, I am saying that more and more as I watch our amazing company come into "its own", with timing!!

If you are just now starting, or have been working with us for the past 3 years, you must know that we are about to hit the SLICK TRACK! I can't believe how many people are NOW asking ME about my Heritage Maker's business, their digital options, and what can they do with their pictures, and now SCANNING!! WOW! I no longer find myself begging for parties, customers, or a chance to show them what we have! THEY ARE LOOKING FOR US!!! Our time is here!

So, with 2 of our 5 Regional Meetings behind us, I am hoping that NC and Utah consultants have caught the vision and are ready to take advantage of this amazing TIMING and really work their businesses! If you do, you will also benefit from the a great financial reward that will come as your business truly blossoms through the summer, fall and following years!!

I am committed to the growth of this business, for YOU!! This company exists to give you the opportunity to have your own successful business. I hope that you know what you have and are ready to benefit from amazing timing!!

Thanks for all you do!

Inviting Guests to Join our Neighborhood

I consider it a great privilege to post a few thoughts for your consideration, as this responsibility refines my thinking and challenges me to plan and think beyond the never ending tyranny of the urgent. Frankly, I don't remember a season in my life when time seemed to pass so quickly; much like the wind I can only “feel” it’s passing, but I cannot fully grasp the impact until it’s long gone. As a result, the need for clear priorities and intentionality often occupies my thoughts.

After our conversation last week, I was “again” reminded that our best intentions accomplish little; “deliberate action”, even when it does not seem to produce fruit, merits our vigilant attention. The seeding that takes place when we “act” on that which we “intend” ~ “will” produce a harvest ~ “if” we do not grow impatient, or weary. In other words, keep plowing and seeding, even when you don’t “feel” like it! Since Sponsoring (and of course Sales), is our focus for the next few months, I thought it perhaps useful to encourage you, if you have not already done so to:

1. Print 3 copies of the “Neighborhood List” (one for each month of the promotion) and

2. Fill out each month with names of 10 people that you want to invite into your neighborhood. Do not discount those who have dropped out, and those to whom you have spoken before…trust me, many are watching and waiting to see how you do ~ MOVING is a big decision; start calling now! As with most moves, there will be a lot of questions and many things to consider. If we wait for people to ask us to move into our Neighborhood, it will remain vacant for some time.

3. Start Calling/Setting up “One on One” appointments ~ invite them to move and help you develop the neighborhood ~ after all, the cause of “heritage” is universal; it’s that common thread that unites us all…not to mention, almost “all” households have a picture problem!

Keep in mind there are many wonderful “Neighborhoods” (or professions) for people to move into. Be prepared to communicate “Why” yours merit their affections. I have observed that when it’s all said and done, is it “the depth of “our” personal convictions that reveal the scope of “our” commitment, and ultimately discloses the extent of our resolve. If people are going to move in, they need to know that we are not moving out!

Let's make our respective Neighborhoods the very best!

Highlights from the Mexican Riviera

Hi amazing consultants!! What an awesome time we had creating memories, networking, laughing and building life-time friendships on the TAC Cruise this year. For both Virginia and I it was an amazing week. I loved getting to know both consultants from my team, as well as Virginia's in such a FUN atmosphere.

It was hard to be away knowing so much was going on "back at the ranch," and that all of you are working so hard to "Ring in the New Year". What an exciting time for our company!

One of the obvious highlights of the cruise was our Leader's Roundtable. We had a morning on Powerful Speaking, and talked in great detail about WHAT really makes us DIFFERENT!! It is HERITAGE and the Heritage Enriching power we bring with storybooking. Our books changes lives, heal relationships, teach values, and CONNECT people together. Our passion for the POWER of storybooking is TRULY what sets us apart.

Another highlight was a comment made by one of our fabulous husbands, Mark Hansen, (Mary's husband). He said, "Some of our greatest leaders have yet to join this company." WOW!! We are so young, that some of our future diamond executives, those you will find, have never even heard of a powerful little company called Heritage Makers.

We were both inspired and moved to action, again, as we met with, and re-committed our goals, our passion and our purpose to building this company!!

Thank you to the 100's of you who responded to the call to sponsor 2 this month! We are very excited to see how this affects our growth this month. We will have our LIST up by the end of this week!! It should be our next post!!

Have an amazing week, and thank you for your committment to HERITAGE!!
